Delete your account.
You can permanently remove your KaSenyas account and its associated learning data. This action cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
- Open KaSenyas and go to Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete account under Account actions.
- Review the permanent-deletion confirmation and select Delete account.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, use the request path below. We will confirm account ownership before deletion and notify you when it is complete.

What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in methods, sessions, progress, review history, XP, streak, rank, and achievement records.
What may remain
Limited security and operational records may remain only where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or infrastructure retention.
